Our FAN's are meticulously tested and inspected by our qualified engineers to ensure they meet our high standards. We stand behind the quality of our products by providing a 100% tested FAN'S with 12 months warranty.
When you choose our customer service, you have the option of our Exchange Service. Simply select this service and proceed with your purchase. We will send the replacement part once we receive your faulty part along with your eBay order details at our Return address.
If you prefer a quicker solution, we also offer an Advance Replacement Service for a small additional deposit. Simply fix your boiler, send us back the old part within 14 days, and we will refund your deposit back to your PayPal account.
For a hassle-free experience, we also offer a Direct Sale with Exchange option where you do not need to send the old pcb.
Please note that we provide a 12-month warranty on our reconditioned parts. If the part becomes faulty within the warranty period, simply send it back to us with your details and we will send you another one free of charge.
It's important to note that if the PCB is blown up, burnt, or has water leakage in the boiler, it will not be covered under warranty. Additionally, software damaged due to overheating and wrong electric circuit are also not covered.
For shipping, we provide free first-class postage and packaging for UK and mainland areas. Orders must be placed before 12:30 pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. If you live in the Highlands or Offshore, you will be charged extra for postage & packaging.
If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us for Royal Mail service.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or assist you with the issue.
