- Advance Replacement Service: When purchasing a reconditioned fan, a refundable deposit of £40 will be added to your cart. Please note that this option is only suitable if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If you are unsure about the condition of your old part, please contact us for further assistance.
- Exchange Service: If you opt for this service, you can buy the part without a deposit but will need to send the old part to our address in advance. Upon receiving the old part, we will dispatch the reconditioned item to you.
To claim your deposit, simply send your old part to our address within 14 days of the purchase date along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email address. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 working days.
Please note that return postage for faulty parts will be at your own expense.
