Here's how our services work:
- Advance Replacement Service: When purchasing a reconditioned fan, a refundable £60 deposit will be added to your cart. Please only choose this option if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If in doubt, or if your old part is damaged and not repairable, please contact us at 0208 803 9000 for further assistance.
- Exchange Service: You can buy the part without a deposit, but you need to send the old part to our website address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we will dispatch you a reconditioned item.
How to claim your deposit: You can claim your deposit within 14 days of the purchase date by sending your old part to our address with a copy of your invoice, full name, address, and email. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that you will need to pay for the return postage of faulty parts.
