- Advance Replacement Service: If you choose the reconditioned fan, a refundable £40 deposit will be added to your cart. Please note that this option is only suitable if your old part is not badly damaged. If you're unsure about the condition of your old part, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
- Exchange Service: When using this service, you'll need to send the old part to our address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we'll dispatch your reconditioned fan for delivery the next working day.
Claiming your deposit is simple. Just send your old part to our address within 14 days of purchase, along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email address. Your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 working days, depending on your original payment method.
