(2) ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SERVICE: This service is for customers that would like to receive the replacement part without sending the faulty one back to us first. We will send a replacement part the same working they if ordered before 12.30pm and will charge you £40.00 deposit for your faulty parts. once we have received your faulty part we will refund your £40.00 deposit. please choose this service if your faulty part is in repairable condition. If the part is burnt, broken or cracked and not repairable we may REFUSE to issue a refund for your deposit. if unsure please MESSAGE.
(3) DIRECT SALE: You simply buy a refurbished part from our stock there is no need to send your faulty one back to us.
WARRANTY: All our reconditioned parts are covered by a 1 year warranty. if your product becomes faulty within the 1 year you must send your faulty reconditioned part to us first to be tested, if a fault(s) are detected your faulty reconditioned part will be replaced under the warranty.
