Welcome to our reconditioned Fan service! Our experienced engineers have carefully replaced any faulty components and thoroughly tested the fan, so you can trust in its quality.
If you opt for our Advance Replacement Service, a refundable deposit of £40 will be added to your cart. Please note that this option is only suitable if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If you are unsure about the condition of your old part, feel free to contact us at 0208 803 9000 for further assistance.
Alternatively, you can choose our Exchange Service where you can purchase the part without a deposit, but you will need to send the old part to our address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we will dispatch your reconditioned item.
Claiming your deposit is easy! Simply send your old part to our address within 14 days of the purchase date, along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email. We will process your refund within 1 to 2 working days, either back to your PayPal account or your debit/credit card. Just a reminder, you will need to cover the cost of return postage for faulty parts.
