(2) ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SERVICE: This service is for customers that would like to receive the replacement part without sending the faulty one back to us first. We will send a replacement part the same working they if ordered before 12.30pm and will charge you £40.00 deposit for your faulty parts. once we have received your faulty part we will refund your £40.00 deposit. please choose this service if your faulty part is in repairable condition. If the part is burnt, broken or cracked and not repairable we may REFUSE to issue a refund for your deposit. if unsure please MESSAGE.
(3) DIRECT SALE: You simply buy a refurbished PCB from our stock there is no need to send your faulty one back to us.
WARRANTY: All our reconditioned parts are covered by a 1 year warranty. if your product becomes faulty within the 1 year you must send your faulty reconditioned part to us first to be tested, if a fault(s) are detected your faulty reconditioned part will be replaced under the warranty.
EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY: PCB'S blown due to water damage, burnt as a result of another faulty part or high electric voltage will not be covered under warranty.

How our services works:
ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SERVICE : If you buying a reconditioned PCB a refundable £40 deposit will be added to your cart. PLEASE NOTE Only choose this option if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked or burnt. If you are in doubt or if your old part is damaged and not repairable, please contact us (0208 803 9000) where a member of staff will be happy to help you with further assistance.
REPAIR SERVICE: When using this service you need to send the old part to our Ebay address below in advance. Upon receiving the old part we then will dispatch your reconditioned part for delivery the next working day.
How to claim your Deposit:
You can claim your deposit within 14 days of purchase date. You need to send your old part to our address with a copy of your invoice, or your full name and address and email address. If you paid your deposit via PayPal, we will refund your deposit to your PayPal account. If paid by debit or credit card, we will refund your deposit to your card. Your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 working days. PLEASE NOTE when you return faulty parts you will have to pay for the return postage yourself.
