Our customer service is designed to make the process as easy as possible for you. With our exchange service, simply send us your faulty part and we'll dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive it. If you need a replacement part in advance, our advance replacement service allows you to receive the part first and then send back the faulty one for a refund of the deposit.
When using our direct sale with exchange service, you don't even need to send the old PCB back to us. Just another way we're making things simpler for you.
We offer a 12-month warranty on all our reconditioned parts, and if any issues arise, our dedicated team is here to assist you. However, please note that our warranty does not cover PCBs that have been damaged due to water leakage, overheating, or wrong electrical circuits.
For shipping, we provide free first-class postage and packaging for UK and mainland areas. Orders must be placed before 12:30pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. If you require Saturday delivery or if your parcel arrives damaged, simply get in touch with us and we'll do our best to assist you.
