This reconditioned fan has had all faulty components replaced by an engineer who has tested the fan upon completion.
If you are buying a reconditioned fan, a refundable £40 deposit will be added to your cart for the advance replacement service. Please note that this option is only suitable if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If you are in doubt or if your old part is damaged and not repairable, please contact us at 0208 803 9000 for further assistance.
If you want the exchange service, you can buy the part without a deposit but you need to send the old part to our website address in advance. Upon receiving the old part, we will dispatch you a reconditioned item.
You can claim your deposit within 14 days of the purchase date. To claim your deposit, send your old part to our address with a copy of your invoice, or your full name, address, and email address. If you paid your deposit via PayPal, we will refund your deposit to your PayPal account. If paid by debit or credit card, we will refund your deposit to your card. Your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that when you return faulty parts, you will have to pay for the return postage yourself.
