Our Advance Replacement Service allows you to purchase the reconditioned PCB with a refundable £40 deposit added to your cart. If your old part is still in good condition, this option is perfect for you. However, if you're unsure about the condition of your old part, feel free to contact us for further assistance.
If you prefer our Exchange Service, you can buy the part without a deposit, but you'll need to send us the old part in advance. Once we receive it, we'll dispatch the reconditioned part to you.
Claiming your deposit is easy - simply send your old part to our address within 14 days of purchase, along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email. We'll process your refund within 1 to 2 working days, depending on your original payment method. Please note that you'll be responsible for the return postage of faulty parts.
