Welcome to our reconditioned fan, complete with a 1-year warranty. This fan has been carefully refurbished by our skilled engineer, who has replaced any faulty components and thoroughly tested the fan to ensure its quality.
If you're interested in our services, we offer three options for you to choose from:
- Advance Replacement Service: With this option, a refundable £60 deposit will be added to your cart. Please note that this is only suitable if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If you're unsure about the condition of your old part, feel free to contact us at 0208 803 9000 for further assistance.
- Exchange Service: If you opt for this service, you can purchase the part without a deposit but must send the old part to our address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we will dispatch the reconditioned item to you.
- Direct Sale Without Exchange: If you prefer not to send back your old part, you can select this option and proceed with your purchase without the need to return the old fan.
If you need to return the faulty parts, please note that you will be responsible for covering the return postage costs.
To claim your deposit, simply send your old part to our address within 14 days of the purchase date, along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email address. Depending on your original payment method, we will process the refund to your PayPal account or debit/credit card within 1 to 2 working days.
