If you opt for our Advance Replacement Service, a refundable £40 deposit will be added to your cart. Please only choose this option if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If you're unsure about the condition of your old part, feel free to contact us for assistance.
Prefer our Exchange Service? You can purchase the part without a deposit, but you'll need to send the old part to our address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we'll dispatch a reconditioned item to you.
Claiming your deposit is easy. Just send your old part to our address within 14 days of your purchase date, along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email. We'll process your refund within 1 to 2 working days, depending on your original payment method. Just keep in mind that you'll need to cover the return postage for faulty parts.
