- Exchange Service: Purchase the part without a deposit, but send the old part to our address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we will dispatch the reconditioned item to you.
To claim your deposit, simply send your old part to our address within 14 days of the purchase date, along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email. We will process your refund within 1 to 2 working days, depending on the payment method used.
