- Advance Replacement Service: If you choose this option, a refundable £40 deposit will be added to your cart. Please only select this if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked or overheated. If you are unsure or if your old part is damaged and not repairable, please contact us at 0208 803 9000 for further assistance.
- Exchange Service: If you opt for this service, you can purchase the part without a deposit, but you will need to send the old part to our address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we will dispatch a reconditioned item to you.
How to claim your deposit: You can claim your deposit within 14 days of the purchase date. Simply send your old part to our address with a copy of your invoice, or provide your full name, address, and email address. Your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 working days. Please note that when returning faulty parts, you will need to cover the return postage costs yourself.
