If you prefer our Exchange Service, simply purchase the part without a deposit and send the old part to our address in advance. Once we receive the old part, we'll dispatch your reconditioned item.
Claiming your deposit is easy - simply send your old part to our address within 14 days of purchase, along with a copy of your invoice or your full name, address, and email. We'll process your refund within 1 to 2 working days.
Please note that return postage for faulty parts will need to be covered by you.
