- Advance Replacement Service: Pay a refundable £40 deposit and get your reconditioned fan first. Only choose this option if your old part is not badly damaged.
- Exchange Service: Send us your old part in advance and we will dispatch your reconditioned fan once we receive it.
- Direct Sale without Exchange: If you prefer not to send your old fan back, you can select this option.
How to claim your deposit: Simply return your old part within 14 days of purchase date and we'll refund your deposit. Please note that you will have to pay for the return postage yourself.
