- Advance Replacement Service: If you're buying a reconditioned fan, a refundable £40 deposit will be added to your cart. Please note, only choose this option if your old part is not badly damaged, cracked, or overheated. If you are in doubt or if your old part is damaged and not repairable, please contact us (0208 803 9000) for further assistance.
- Exchange Service: If you want this service, you can buy the part without a deposit but you need to send the old part to our website address in advance. When we receive the old part, we will dispatch you a reconditioned item.
How to claim your deposit: You can claim your deposit within 14 days of the purchase date. You need to send your old part to our address with a copy of your invoice, or your full name and address and email address. If you paid your deposit via PayPal, we will refund your deposit to your PayPal account. If paid by debit or credit card, we will refund your deposit to your card. Your refund will be processed within 1 to 2 working days. Please note, when you return faulty parts, you will have to pay for the return postage yourself.
